Terms of Service

1. Platform Purpose

AXXEC provides a secure digital workspace for manufacturers and companies wishing to establish and manage their European business presence.

Registration creates a company workspace only.

2. Registration

Users agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and while using the platform.

3. Future Professional Services

European representation, marketing support, buyer development, sourcing assistance, business consulting and other professional services may be offered through AXXEC.

Registration on AXXEC does not establish a representation agreement, agency relationship, marketing engagement or any obligation for AXXEC to provide such services.

Where applicable, these services require a separate written agreement.

4. Company Information

The company remains responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information and confirms that uploaded documents may legally be shared with AXXEC.

5. Confidentiality

AXXEC treats company information and uploaded documents as confidential business information.

Information will not be shared with third parties without the company's consent unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Companies retain ownership of all uploaded documents, trademarks and intellectual property.

AXXEC receives only the rights necessary to operate the platform and to perform services that have been explicitly requested by the company.

7. Account Suspension

AXXEC may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, misuse, security risks, illegal activities or material violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

AXXEC provides the platform on a best-effort basis. Liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
